I started in freelance work — e-commerce, media, agritech — and gradually moved toward larger systems and longer-running problems. These days I work on the services behind Angkas: the services that have to hold up when the app is busy.

I try to be the kind of engineer who makes the team around them better — through code review, documentation, mentoring, or just being honest about trade-offs. Occasional hackathon participant, wrote a book on IT ethics once, and I'm still taking courses because there's always something I don't know yet.
